When you create a developer account on Finterion, you can make your software available to the platform and its end users. This way users can use your bot for automatic trading on their behalf. When an user chooses your algorithm, you may claim the agreed fee.

Why should I license my bot on Finterion?
Your code remains your code and your intellectual property. We hold ourselves the permission to test and approve the functionality and behavior of your bot. We will not examine your programming or source code. If we chose to approve your bot, it can be made available to Finterion’s users. We work with a sublicense model where we license to use the bot at a fee. The fee can either be:
(A): a fixed fee: a yearly/monthly/weekly/daily fixed amount.
(B): a variable fee based on profit-sharing: a periodical fee consisting of a percentage depending on the result (given it is positive) obtained by the Software in one year/month/week/day, depending on the period for which the End User obtains a License.
(C): a variable fee based on high-watermark profit-sharing: a fee consisting of a predetermined percentage of the profit of a predetermined period. At the end of each predetermined period the fee is calculated over the result (given it is positive) of all predetermined periods combined.
